The Diocese of Springfield in Illinois provides eligible employees of participating agencies with a 403(b) Qualified Retirement Plan. Employees are eligible for plan benefits according to the plan documents. Employees can obtain a copy of the Summary Plan Description which contains the details of the plan including eligibility and benefit provisions from the Office for Human Resources at the Catholic Pastoral Center. This benefit, as well as other benefits, may be canceled or changed at the discretion of the Diocese of Springfield in Illinois unless otherwise required by law.
