It is the responsibility of both the employer and all employees of the Diocese of Springfield in Illinois and its agencies to maintain a healthy and safe work environment, report any health or safety hazards, and follow the employer’s health and safety rules. Employees should report all safety hazards and occupational illnesses or injuries to the appropriate party as soon as reasonably possible and provide any necessary paperwork.

Failure to follow the health and safety rules for the employer may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
