6.17. Security
All employees are responsible for helping to have a secure work environment. Upon leaving work, all employees should lock all desks and doors protecting valuable or sensitive material in his/her work area and report any lost or stolen keys, ID Badges, or similar devices to his/her supervisor immediately. Employees shall refrain from discussing specifics regarding security systems, alarms, passwords, etc. with those outside of the office, and immediately advise their supervisor of any known or potential security risks and/or suspicious conduct of other employees or visitors.
