The Illinois Pro-Life Mass, Rally and March takes place Thursday, March 19. Mass begins at 10 a.m. at the Nelson Center Ice Rink in Springfield. Bishop Louis Tylka of the Diocese of Peoria will be the homilist. The rally and march will follow at the Capitol.
