Are you interested in attending World Youth Day in Seoul, South Korea in 2027? Whether you want to go, you are thinking of going, or would just like more information about possibly going, connect with the Diocese of Springfield in Illinois to express your interest. Father Zach Samples, parochial vicar at St. Agnes Parish in Springfield, is the lead organizer for the pilgrimage for those who are thinking about attending World Youth Day, which is intended for those between the ages of 16 and 35.

World Youth Day 2027 will be an inspiring global event bringing together young people from across the world to celebrate our Catholic faith, the universality of the Church, and the spirit of hope found in Jesus Christ. This vibrant gathering in which hundreds of thousands will attend, will provide an opportunity for young people to engage in profound spiritual experiences such as Mass, spiritual talks, prayer, adoration, catechesis sessions, and more. World Youth Day culminates in a final Mass led by the pope. Pilgrims will also love connecting with fellow Catholics from around the world in a dynamic cultural setting.
